Project Scope included an adaptive reuse of an existing metal building originally designed as a hardware store. The scope of work involved the complete renovation of the building envelope with   new entries and exterior façade elements. Sitework included new concrete parking, extensive flatwork and  landscaping, new storm drainage and new retaining walls. New MEP systems, Fire Protection, and complete Data/Comm system including a state of the art IT server room. Interior is Class A office space with 4 open office work settings complete with modular furniture and acoustically sensitive materials to create a conducive environment for intensive phone and internet trading activities. Five private offices and a conference room make up the Corporate Suite.
