Multi-phase project consisting of new commercial and renovation of existing building on property, connecting the two. Phase 1 was new construction of two-story building of approximately 21,200 square feet. To allow for ease of access between the new building and the existing south building, a single story “connector” was constructed to connect the two. Phase 2 of the project was interior renovations to approximately two-thirds of the 13,255 square feet exiting south building for offices and four radio studios.
