Project Scope included including a 13,548 sf of a replacement facility for the Pulmonary Consultants Group. This facility was designed around 11 initial providers which include 28 exam rooms and the necessary ancillary spaces needed to support these rooms. Future expansion for additional providers has been incorporated into the design. The building is organized into 3 distinct areas: Public, Clinical and Staff.
