Renovation to 4,885 SF of existing space to convert into a 6 bed critical care unit with support spaces. A 250SF storage space was also renovated to create a new breakroom. Scope of work included a full gut of the space and new layout with complete plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. Medical systems with new head walls were installed. The exterior changes included new windows to allow for each critical care room to have daylight. Support spaces were provided for doctors, nurses and EVS.
