The renovation of a 30 year old, drab office space, in to an ultra modern office/think tank facility ,was completed in 2016. The 2300 sq. ft. facility uses glass walls, exposed ceiling structure and stained concrete to create a young exciting place for students to exchange and develop ideas that will shape the future. Lighting with central controls, metal clouds, wireless thermostats and exposed ductwork made this project a challenge for perfection from all trades. The sum total of design, engineering and construction made a rather small area , one of the most enjoyable experiences for student, facility and business alumni on Miss States campus.
