Dan King
CEO

Dan has over 35 years of construction experience and has been instrumental in developing and growing McCarty King Construction. He oversees many projects from large, multi-phased new construction to small renovations. He ensures that projects are on time, on budget, are of excellent quality and, above all, meets customer satisfaction.

Justin King
PRESIDENT

Justin has 13 years of combined experience in the field, project estimating, and as a superintendent. He brings a wealth of experience as a welder, machinist, and fabricator. He is certified as a Healthcare Contractor through ASHE and has been working the last 11 years at the local hospital as a superintendent for McCarty King.

Chris King
VICE-PRESIDENT

Chris started with the company in 2015 working in the field as a carpenter and is currently superintendent and project manager for McCarty King. He is a graduate from NE MS Community College with his degree in Construction Engineering Technologies. Chris has completed his OSHA 510 certification and also acts as the company safety director.

Leslie Mart
SENIOR ESTIMATOR & PROJECT MANAGER

Leslie has been with the company since 1992, estimating, scheduling and managing both renovations and multi-phased new construction. Leslie has been involved with projects ranging from a $30,000,000 military facility, medical facility renovations, and $2,500 door replacements.

Roger Dolan
PROJECT MANAGER & ESTIMATOR

Roger has over 30 years in various construction positions including estimating, project management, scheduling, and supervision. He has experience in various construction sectors including healthcare, eldercare, industrial, commercial, food service and multi-family housing.

Montreal Davis
PROJECT MANAGER & ESTIMATOR

Roger has over 30 years in various construction positions including estimating, project management, scheduling, and supervision. He has experience in various construction sectors including healthcare, eldercare, industrial, commercial, food service and multi-family housing.

Goldie Wesson
ACCOUNTANT

Goldie has worked for the company since 2003. She is a graduate of the Patterson School of Accountancy at the University of Mississippi. Goldie handles all aspects of insurances, payroll, job cost accounting and financial reporting for McCarty King Construction.

Becky Reynolds
ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Becky is a graduate from Itawamba Community College. She comes to the company with 30 years of administrative, human resource, accounts payable and purchasing experience. Becky handles accounts payable and assists in the accounting department for McCarty King.

Amber Swords
Project Administrator

Amber comes to the company with prior experience in administration and estimating. She is your initial point of contact with the McCarty King team and assists the project managers in administrative tasks, handles execution of contracts and closing out projects.
